• First-party usage events: page views, calculator use, readiness-score completions, and downloads, tied to a random session identifier stored in your browser.

How we use it

• To deliver the free roadmap and any product you purchase.
• To send follow-up emails about this product and future editions, if you consented.
• To improve the site by understanding which sections help people.

Marketing consent

Marketing emails are sent only if you checked the consent box. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect access to anything you already purchased.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers required to operate the site: hosting and database infrastructure, the payment processor, and the email delivery provider.

Retention and deletion

We retain lead and order records for as long as needed to provide access and meet record-keeping obligations. To request access to or deletion of your data, email support@dealerblueprint.example.

We use browser local storage for a random session ID and to remember your readiness-score answers on your own device. No third-party advertising trackers are used.
